Microsoft President in Indonesia has stated that Windows 10 will be a free upgrade to existing Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 users. The Technical Preview will be revealed in a Press Conference on September, 30 2014. It will be no difficulty for their

existing users of modern Metro style Interface (Windows 8).

The New OS will be delivered through an update to the users. Windows 9 will then automatically be installed, Andreas Diantoro said in an interview with the Indonesian site Detik.

A press event has been planned by Microsoft for 30 September to announce new OS Windows 10, that has been code named Threshold till now.

Video Leaks and screenshots have shown that Start menu will be introduced again but with the integration of modern metro style UI with live tiles, it will be possible to run Metro applications in a desktop window and Windows 10 will introduce a notification center. Microsoft will also add its digital assistant CORTANA to the new OS.
